Swami Sivananda Radha

Swami Radha presents two guided meditations to cultivate the power of the mind. Each meditation uses a Divine image to direct and strengthen your concentration. The first meditation is on the Light, a symbol of the Divine within. The second meditation is on Siva, the Lord of Yoga.
